With 400 of the group's Ontario rental houses sold or credit-bid, the monitor has $2.97 million for first mortgagees owed $13.02 million in principal on the last 64, and about $800,000 for investors whose principal alone it puts above $50 million. On July 30 the court approved a claims procedure that counts nothing but principal.
