Axiom Real Time Metrics Inc.

Axiom Real-Time Metrics Inc., whose head office is at 5205 Satellite Drive, Mississauga, has been in court-appointed receivership since July 11, 2025, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed KSV Restructuring Inc. receiver and manager on National Bank of Canada's application under section 243(1) of the BIA and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act (file CV-25-00746939-00CL). The Court approved a sale to Sitero Canada Inc. on July 15, 2025, and the receiver has since closed the transaction, terminated employees and administered WEPP claims. The whole of the Property is charged with a Receiver's Borrowings Charge in favour of National Bank of Canada, subordinate to the Receiver's Charge and the statutory BIA charges. The debtor now carries the name 2075508 Ontario Inc. Receiver's fees to January 31, 2026 total $300,440.50, excluding disbursements and HST.
