ATTAbotics Inc. filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under s. 50.4 of the BIA on July 2, 2025, following Export Development Canada's demand for payment and s. 244 notice of intention to enforce security served June 18, 2025 for US$33,782,341 plus additional interest, costs, fees and expenses. Unaudited consolidated statements as at March 31, 2025 showed approximately $31.6 million in assets against approximately $73.8 million in liabilities, with a shareholders' deficit of approximately $42.1 million. Under an intercreditor agreement dated January 31, 2024, EDC holds first priority over all collateral other than equipment financed by the Business Development Bank of Canada, owed $2.8 million at March 31, 2025 under a facility limit of $10,697,690. An interim facility of up to $1.5 million, secured by an interim lender's charge, secures only post-filing advances. Orders were granted on July 29 and September 8, 2025; the proceeding remains active.
