The court approved the sale of the OTP generators to Midstream Equipment Corporation Ltd., which closed on September 2, 2025.
The court approved the sale of generators to 2388750 Alberta Ltd.; the purchaser later failed to complete the purchase of Generators 1 and 2, forfeiting a $24,000 deposit.

The court approved the auction services agreement with Joiner Sales Corp. and Infinity Asset Solutions Inc. and vested the auction assets in the purchasers on completion of the auction; the equipment and inventory sale closed on November 19, 2024.

Amalgamated Heating: the last two generators go to auction
Two years into RBC's consent receivership of an Acheson sheet-metal shop and its land company, EY has sold the yard, the equipment and three of five generators and paid RBC $1,123,866.33; on September 9, 2026 the court approved an unreserved Ritchie Bros. auction of the last two generators, on which CWB holds security and the CRA asserts its deemed trust.
