Alpine Property Group Inc. has been in court-appointed receivership in Alberta since January 22, 2026, when Peace Hills Trust Company obtained the Receivership Order under BIA s. 243 on the strength of a general security agreement over all present and after-acquired property, a collateral mortgage against the Property registered March 10, 2025 in an original principal amount of $7,050,000, and a caveat respecting an assignment of rents and leases. The Receiver's counsel was, as at the report date, still preparing a legal opinion on the validity and enforceability of the Peace Hills security. Title to the Property also carries mortgages held by Pacific West Systems Supply Ltd. in original principal amounts of $757,097 and $6,000,000, a mortgage held by The EBF Group Ltd. in an original principal amount of $6,000,000, and five construction liens ranging from $72,618 to $116,901.
