Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) Holdings Ltd., Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) LP and Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) GP Ltd have been in court-appointed receivership in the Supreme Court of British Columbia since August 13, 2026, under BIA s. 243 and provincial Judicature Act jurisdiction. Combined assets were estimated at $56,150,000 as at that date, of which $55,468,000 is property under development, based on the debtors' books and records including unaudited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. Laurentian Bank of Canada is estimated to be owed $22,875,000 on security; a secured claim of Stoic Financial Ltd. is recorded as to be determined. The receiver's creditor list as at August 24, 2026 shows unsecured claims including pre-sale deposits of $15,026,000, the City of Vancouver at $210,877 and Taylor Kurtz Architecture at $135,773. The receivership remains active.
