A preliminary list of creditors drawn from the applicants' books and records as at July 19, 2023 put secured claims at $63,646,093 across ten rows and unsecured and other claims at $29,736,722, a stated grand total of $93,382,815, with no asset values. Computershare Trust Company of Canada was the largest secured creditor at $42,902,031, ahead of Red White & Bloom Brands Inc. at $15,191,480 and 1260356 Ontario Limited at $5,552,575. Unsecured entries included Canada Revenue Agency excise tax of $10,100,000, a Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy claim of $3,200,000, HST of $2,500,000 and Health Canada at $1,294,234.
