On October 26, Justice G.A. Meschishnick approved EY's allocation of the $48.2 million UFA sale among the AgraCity companies, extended the stay to January 29, 2027, and approved a $1,255,000 sale of a Saskatoon office building whose interior is unfinished. A third order EY sought, on two creditors' claims, is not in the record.

AgraCity: a surplus at NewAgco and loans the monitor could not validate
EY's Ninth Report proposes splitting the AgraCity group's $48.2 million sale price by company, $26.5 million of it for NewAgco's product registrations. On a company-by-company payout, the monitor expects NewAgco's and Viking's creditors to be paid in full and AgraCity's proven creditors to get nothing but about $97,000 to CRA, and it sets out substantive consolidation.

The Saskatchewan crop-inputs group's CCAA produced a $48.2 million sale to United Farmers of Alberta, which used its stalking-horse right to top the auction's two winning bids.
