5993092 Manitoba Ltd. (formerly Rondex Limited) and eight related companies remain in court-appointed receivership in Manitoba, where Grant Thornton Limited has served as receiver and manager since April 3, 2025. The Court of King's Bench at Winnipeg (file CI 25-01-51058) made the appointment on the application of The Bank of Nova Scotia and Roynat Inc. under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 55(1) of The Court of King's Bench Act, granting a stay and charges securing the Receiver's fees and up to $500,000 in borrowings.
