0994391 B.C. Ltd., which carries on business as American Trucklines, together with ATL Transport Ltd. and 1342499 B.C. Ltd., has been in court-appointed receivership in the Supreme Court of British Columbia since October 6, 2025, on an application under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and provincial Judicature Act jurisdiction. Royal Bank of Canada is the petitioner and, on a Personal Property Registry search dated October 8, 2025, the largest registered secured claimant against the three companies at $3,299,440.78. Beem Credit Union follows at $846,184.94, with 1316354 BC Ltd. at $95,790.11 and the Business Development Bank of Canada at $91,335.00. Roughly a dozen further registrants, including the Canada Revenue Agency on a deemed trust priority basis, appear at nominal values pending quantification. The receivership remains active.
