Questions

How do the first 7 days work?

You pay $9 plus tax today, and everything is open for 7 days. On day 8 your subscription starts at $99 a month, charged automatically. Cancel before then and you pay nothing more.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Teams and Enterprise give each person their own sign-in, help your team get started, and bill the team on one invoice. An Individual plan is for one person.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a stake in a Canadian insolvency: the lenders, counsel, trustees and buyers who work these cases, the suppliers, landlords, investors and employees who follow one, and anyone who wants to know when a particular creditor turns up.

Can I refer someone?

Yes. Subscribers can become referral partners and earn 20% of what the people they refer pay, for as long as they subscribe. Were you referred? Tell us within 30 days of subscribing.

How referrals work

Facts and summaries are extracted automatically from the court filings linked on each page; the filings remain the authoritative record. Suggested corrections are reviewed against the source filings.
