The purpose of this One Hundred and Fifty Second Report of the Monitor (the “Report”) is to provide this Court with information regarding the Monitor and Canadian Debtors seeking: a) approval of an IPv4 Purchase Agreement dated September 24, 2019, among Amazon Technologies, Inc. (“Amazon”), as purchaser, NNL, as seller and the Monitor, as escrow agent (the “IPv4 Purchase Agreement”), in respect of the sale of NNL’s rights in a certain number of IP Addresses ( the “Transaction”); and b) a sealing order in respect of the confidential appendices to this Report, and to provide the Monitor’s support in respect thereof
