The purpose of this One Hundred and Thirty First Report of the Monitor (“ One Hundred and Thirty First Report ”) is to provide this Court and stakeholders with a copy of: a) the proposed Plan of Compromise and Arrangement pursuant to the CCAA concerning, affecting and involving the Canadian Debtors dated November 4, 2016 (the “ Canadian Plan ”) filed by the Canadian Debtors; and b) the proposed Information Circular relating to the Canadian Plan dated November 4, 2016 (the “ Information Circular ”) filed by the Canadian Debtors, and to provide an update in respect of certain matters pertaining to the Settlement and Support Agreement
