This Court orders and declares that the agreement of purchase and sale between the Purchaser (Terry Fraser), and the Receiver made as of March 11, 2015 (the "Transaction"), whereby the Purchaser agrees to purchase and the Receiver agrees to sell certain real property of M & L General Contracting Ltd. civically addressed as 160 and 180 I-XL Crescent, RM of St. Clements, Manitoba (the "M&L General Property"), and legally described as follows: Lots 14 and 15, Block 4, Plan 43593 WLTO Exc All Mines and Minerals In RL 155 to 162 Parish of St. Andrews, is hereby approved, and that the Transaction is commercially reasonable and in the best interest of stakeholders. The Receiver be and it is hereby authorized and directed to take such additional steps and execute such additional documents as may be necessary or desirable for the completion of the Transaction and for the conveyance of the M&L General Property to the Purchaser
