The Second Report, the Receiver’s Interim Statement of Receipts and Disbursements appended thereto, and the Receiver’s activities described therein, are hereby ratified and approved. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set out in the Second Report. The Receiver is authorized and directed to make the distributions to Trust Claimants as set forth in paragraphs 81 and 82 of the Second Report
