The purpose of this Forty-Ninth Report of the Monitor (the "Forty-Ninth Report") is to provide information regarding the Applicants' motion seeking approval of a sale of NNL's and NNTC's assets related to the wireless backhaul and multi-hop digital repeater/relay research and development program (the "Relay Program") pursuant to an Asset Sale Agreement dated June 17, 2010 (the "ASA"), amongst NNL and NNTC (collectively, the "Vendors") and 7522312 Canada Inc. (the "Purchaser") and certain other transaction documents (collectively, the "Successful Bid"), and to provide the Monitor's support thereof
