The purpose of this third report (the “Third Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with information with respect to the following: a) a brief update on the Petitioners’ activities since the August 6 Hearing; b) a brief update on Monitor’s monitoring of the milestone activities since the August 6 Hearing; c) a summary of severance, salary continuance and retiree benefit and pay obligations; d) an overview of the proposed Subordinated Interim Financing Facility and the Subordinated Interim Financing Charge (both as defined below); e) the revised charge requested by the Petitioners for an increase in the KERP; and f) the Monitor’s comments on the above
