This Court Orders that: 1. The Application is adjourned to a date and time as set out below. 2. The Petitioners shall: (a) On or before 12:00 p.m. on March 20, 2017, have obtained $220,000 in additional financing, and provided the Monitor with proof thereof; (b) On or before 5:00 p.m. on March 21, 2017, have delivered to the Monitor the form of undertaking as ordered by this Honourable Court on February 8, 2017; and (c) Provide their full cooperation to the Monitor to allow for the orderly conclusion of the Solicitation Process, as ordered by this Honourable Court on December 21, 2016
