The purpose of this Sixty-Sixth Report of the Monitor (“Sixty-Sixth Report”) is to report to this Honourable Court on: (a) the status of Nortel’s involvement with the Impacted Sites (as defined below); (b) the nature of the contracts the Applicants seek to repudiate in relation to the Impacted Sites; and (c) an update on the status of the various Director’s Orders the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (“MOE”) has issued or is in the process of issuing in respect of the Impacted Sites, as well as to provide the Monitor’s recommendation in respect of the relief sought by the Applicants in their Notice of Motion dated March 15, 2011 (the “Motion”)
