The purpose of this Seventeenth Report of the Monitor (the "Seventeenth Report") is to provide information regarding the Applicants' motion seeking approval of a sale of certain of Nortel's CDMA and LTE Access assets (the "Business") pursuant to an asset sale agreement dated July 24, 2009 (the "Successful Bid") between NNC, NNI and NNL and certain of their affiliates (the "Sellers") and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ)("Ericsson" or the "Purchaser") and to provide the Monitor's support thereof
