The purpose of this Eighty-First Report of the Monitor (the "Eighty-First Report") is to provide this Honourable Court with information regarding the Applicants' motions seeking: a) approval of an asset sale agreement (the "Cablevision Sale Agreement") dated November 23, 2011, between NNL and NNTC (collectively, the "Seller"), as seller, and CSC Holdings LLC ("Cablevision"), as purchaser, in respect of the sale of the Seller's rights in a certain number of internet protocol addresses ("IP Addresses"); b) approval of an asset sale agreement (the "Salesforce Sale Agreement" and, with the Cablevision Sale Agreement, the "IP Address Sale Agreements") dated December 1, 2011, amongst NNL and NNTC, as seller, and salesforce.com Inc. ("Salesforce", and with Cablevision, each a "Purchaser"), as purchaser, in respect of the sale of the Seller's rights in a certain number of IP Addresses; and c) a sealing order in respect of the confidential appendices to this Eighty-First Report, and to provide the Monitor's support in respect thereof
