The purpose of this Fourth Report is to provide information in support of the Receiver’s motion (the “ Settlement Approval Motion ”) for an order, among other things, approving the settlement agreement entered into among the Receiver (including in its capacity as Trustee), NBC and the Related Parties on July 3, 2026 (the “ Settlement Agreement ”). A copy of the Settlement Agreement is attached as Appendix “A” to this Fourth Report
