1. The purpose of this One Hundred Fiftieth Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred Fiftieth Report”) is to report to the Court on the Monitor and Canadian Estate’ motion seeking approval of this Court to: a) expand the powers and duties of the Monitor to enable it to transfer funds to and operate bank accounts on behalf of the Canadian Estate in the name of the Monitor in order to continue the administration and wind-down of the Canadian Estate; and b) expand the powers and duties of the Monitor to enable it to transfer funds to and operate a bank account on behalf of the Canadian Estate in the name of the Monitor in order to continue the administration of the wind-up of the Health and Welfare Trust, including making a final distribution therefrom
