The purpose of this twelfth report (the “Twelfth Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with information with respect to the following: a) an update on the Petitioners’ and the Monitor’s activities since the Eleventh Report dated October 27, 2022; b) an update on the EA process; c) an update on the Mediation; d) a preface to the Power Island opportunity (defined below); e) an update on the ELC; f) an update on the Mill maintenance resulting from Hurricane Fiona (as defined in the Eleventh Report); g) an update on the woodlands activities; h) the budget to actual cash flow analysis (the “Variance Analysis”) for the period October 1, 2022 through to March 31, 2023; i) the updated cash flow forecast for the Petitioners (the “Twelfth Report Forecast”) for the period April 1, 2023 through August 30, 2023 (the “Twelfth Report Forecast Period”); j) the Petitioners’ proposed amendments to the IFF and SIFF Term Sheets; k) the request for the Ninth Stay Extension; and l) the Monitor’s Recommendations
