The purpose of this Sixth Report (the “Sixth Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with information pertaining to: a) condensed background information in respect of the Petitioners and the Group; b) an update on the Monitor’s activities since it filed the Fifth Report; c) an update on operational matters; d) an update on the Solicitation Process; e) an update on the cash flow of the Petitioners, including: i. actual compared to forecast amounts for the period February 27, 2017 to March 24,2017; ii. revised cash flow forecast for the period March 20, 2017 to June 30, 2017; f) a requirement to increase the New Administration Charge in the event that a receivership order is not granted; g) an update on the claims process; h) an update on the Meetings; i) the further extension sought by the Petitioners; and j) the Monitor’s conclusions and recommendations
