The purpose of this Eighty-Third Report of the Monitor (the "Eighty-Third Report") is to provide this Court with information regarding the Applicants' motions seeking: a) approval of an asset sale agreement (the "Bell Aliant Sale Agreement") dated January 30, 2012, between NNL and NNTC (collectively, the "Seller"), as seller, and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership ("Bell Aliant" or the "Purchaser"), as purchaser, in respect of the sale of the Seller's rights in a certain number of internet protocol addresses ("IP Addresses"); and b) a sealing order in respect of the confidential appendices to this Eighty-Third Report, and to provide the Monitor's support in respect thereof
