The purpose of this One Hundred and Ninth Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Ninth Report”) is: a) to provide this Court with information regarding the Monitor and Canadian Debtors’ motion seeking approval of the Minutes of Settlement dated November 27, 2014 among Chubb Insurance Company of Canada (“CICC”), Chubb Atlantic Indemnity Ltd. (“CAIL” and, collectively with CICC, “Chubb”), the Canadian Debtors and the Monitor (the “Minutes of Settlement”) and to provide the Monitor’s support in respect thereof; and b) to provide this Court with information in respect of the Hardship Process and Hardship Fund (each as defined below), and provide the Monitor’s support for a further CAD 300,000 of funding for the Hardship Fund
