Wabush Hotel Limited, L.H. Service Centre Limited and D.P.B. Holdings Limited are in court-appointed receivership in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, on an appointment grounded in s. 243 of the BIA and provincial Judicature Act jurisdiction, with PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. acting as receiver.
