Under One Sky Productions Inc., together with 101277428 Saskatchewan Ltd. and MFL & Co Pictures Incorporated, has been the subject of court-appointed receivership proceedings in Ontario since April 13, 2023. The proceedings are before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) under court file number CV-23-00696990-00CL, on the basis of section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and provincial Judicature Act authority. An interim order was granted on the commencement date. The receivership remains active on the record as it stands.
