Toronto Right Choice Inc., formerly Re/Max Right Choice Inc., a real-estate brokerage at 6464 Yonge St, Toronto, was placed in receivership on January 8, 2018 by order of Justice Hainey of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) under s. 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, with A. Farber & Partners Inc. appointed receiver to collect outstanding commissions and hold funds in trust.
