TheRedPin, Inc. and TheRedPin.com Realty Inc. have been in court-appointed receivership since June 14, 2018, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) appointed MNP Ltd. as receiver on the application of Firepower Debt GP Inc., as Agent, under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. The appointment was made pursuant to Firepower's security, which is registered against both companies. Book values as at May 31, 2018, taken from the companies' own records and not verified by the receiver, show total assets of $273,969.26 for TheRedPin, Inc. and $2,508,337.78 for TheRedPin.com Realty Inc.
