RBC demanded $475,491.88 from TechCity as of February 19, 2026 under original demand letters dated February 25, 2026, and $1,770,210.32 from 1000229443 Ontario Inc. as of March 9, 2026 under second demand letters dated March 19, 2026, plus costs, expenses and accruing interest in each case. RBC holds general security agreements, cross-guarantees and personal guarantees, and against 1000229443 a charge in the registered principal amount of $3,000,000 dated September 3, 2023 with a general assignment of rents dated August 29, 2023. Kennedy Gateway Inc. holds a second charge and assignment of rents registered in the principal amount of $150,000, subsequent to RBC's. PPSA searches show Mercedes-Benz Financial, by motor vehicle registration against TechCity, as the only other registered creditor.
