The initial order created an interim lender's charge for borrowings not exceeding $7 million, ranking behind only the administration charge, and a DIP term sheet dated May 1, 2024 added a super-priority charge securing a facility of up to $28 million. OSL Retail's $10 million secured promissory note is postponed to CIBC.
