Stantive Technologies Group Inc. is the subject of an active bankruptcy proceeding under the BIA, having earlier filed a notice of intention to make a proposal. A DIP order dated November 14, 2018 created a first-ranking Administration Charge over the Property to a maximum of $500,000, securing fees and disbursements of the Proposal Trustee, its counsel and counsel for Stantive incurred before and after the NOI filing. A PPSA search current to November 13, 2018 disclosed registrations including Runway Finance Group Inc. at $1,445,147.90, Her Majesty in right of Ontario (Minister of Finance) at $760,637.94 on a blanket registration, Amar Varma at $1,074,794.53, and Firepower Debt GP Inc., as agent, shown at $0.00. Varma, Angelo Pollastrone, Duncan Ka-Shing Yuen and Jason Theofilos, the principals behind the DIP lender entities, each delivered a demand and notice of intention to enforce security on November 14, 2018.
