Justin Lee Levine, Justin Lee Holdings Ltd., Junction Vesuvio Inc. and JL Chase Holdings Inc. are the subject of an active court-appointed receivership in Ontario over six Toronto properties, commenced July 24, 2026 under section 243 of the BIA and provincial Judicature Act authority. Extend Financial Ltd. holds five mortgages across the portfolio, with balances stated as of April 16, 2026 of approximately $7,355,630.09 against 3010, 3014 and 3016 Dundas, $2,962,211.04 and $2,342,521.59 against 3038 Dundas on first and second charges, $2,199,781.92 against 1116 College, and $1,299,080.60 against 3039 Dundas. The 3039 Dundas charge ranks behind a first-ranking charge held by Ukrainian Credit Union Limited, registered January 31, 2024 in a principal amount of $5,070,000. Levine has personally guaranteed four of the Extend facilities. A prior TD Bank first mortgage on 3038 Dundas was discharged on refinancing.
