SHR Carrier Inc. (formerly North King Trucking Inc.) and related respondents have been under a court-appointed receivership in Ontario since May 23, 2025, brought under s. 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and provincial Judicature Act authority. The court granted an approval and vesting order for the sale to the Purchased Assets purchased by such Purchaser at the Auction. Closing terms, as extracted: Vesting occurs upon Auctioneer completing sale to Purchaser, receipt of purchase price, and delivery of Bill of Sale.
