RTK WP Canada, ULC has been in insolvency proceedings in Ontario since July 8, 2021, and the matter remains active. The trustee's preliminary report to creditors states that there are no assets available to the estate and that there will be no distribution to creditors: all prior assets were sold through the court-appointed receivership process, leaving no Class I, II or III assets. A $50,000 transfer from the receivership was approved to cover the costs of administering the estate. The Canada Revenue Agency's HST claim of $1,421,931.93, filed as a secured or priority claim in the receivership, will become unsecured, according to the trustee.

Each row is one filing's statement, copied as it reads and never computed. "Estimated" is the officer's forecast; "Under the plan" is the plan's or proposal's own term; "Final" is a declared or paid distribution; a row with no chip states no footing. A range is the two numbers stated; "of proven claims" is the document's own denominator.
