The receiver's first report recommends an order requiring S&S Truck & Trailers Services to surrender 19 tractors and trailers Renson owned or leased, which the repair business put in its own name in January 2025. S&S's notices claimed approximately $317,687.21, about $183,060 of it storage; the receiver says S&S has not established valid liens.
