PTL Holdings Limited, together with PTL Services (Equipment) Limited, CSL Services (Industrial) Limited and 9263357 Canada Inc. — the PTL Group — was placed in court-appointed receivership under BIA s. 243 and provincial Judicature Act authority in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, file 2018 01G 3114.
