Planswell Corp. was placed in court-appointed receivership in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under subsection 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, on an application issued April 20, 2026 (court file CL-26-00000166-0000), with Harris & Partners Advisory Inc. as receiver. FVP Servicing LLC, as administrative agent for the lenders, is the only secured creditor registered under the Ontario PPSA. Its security comprises a guaranty from Planswell Corp. (Ontario), a pledge of that company's equity in Planswell USA Corp. and a general security agreement from Planswell USA Corp., registered in Ontario and under the UCC in Delaware and Florida. FVP was owed US$1,850,900.27 at April 22, 2026, against a maximum aggregate loan amount of US$3,000,000. Eric Arnold and Scott Wetton are limited recourse personal guarantors. The receivership is closed.

FVP Servicing had Harris & Partners Advisory appointed receiver of the Toronto fintech on April 28, 2026. The only firm offer, in the receiver's account, was FUTR Planning Inc.'s: 1,500,000 FUTR units at C$0.20, approved June 5. Justice Cavanagh made the discharge order July 27; the receiver's final accounts sent C$1,218.42 to the bankrupt estate.
