Pattenden Holdings

Pattenden Holdings Inc., a Chelmsford, Ontario property manager of multi-unit residential and commercial real estate, is under court-appointed receivership, with BDO Canada Limited acting as receiver and manager under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed the Receiver on September 23, 2025 on the application of Caisse Desjardins Ontario Credit Union Inc., the listed secured creditor, whose claim is stated at CAD 559,002.15.
