Oilstream Corp.

Oilstream Corp., an Ontario company, has been under the court-appointed receivership of MNP Ltd. since June 17, 2022, on an appointment made under subsections 245 and 246(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act at the instance of Community Futures Oxford. Community Futures Oxford holds mortgage security agreements dated December 5, 2017 and November 4, 2018 and general security agreements dated November 14, 2017 and August 30, 2018, and was estimated to be owed $1,200,000 as of July 5, 2022. Other secured claims as of that date were T.I.T.E. Ltd. at $863,000, 1934645 Ontario Ltd. at $23,933, and Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. The Receiver's statement recorded the book value of the company's real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory and accounts receivable as unknown pending the Receiver taking possession of the company's records. The receivership remains active.
