North End United Housing Co-operative Ltd. was placed in court-appointed receivership on 27 November 2014 by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, with Grant Thornton Limited appointed as receiver (court file Hfx No. 374606).
