On October 26, Justice Dietrich extended the CCAA stay of Olympus United Funds Corporation, in receivership since June 2005, to April 30, 2027. An interim distribution to its proven creditors, now estimated at about $3.5 million, needs approvals from the Barbados court that the endorsement calls "uncertain".
