Noble House Development Corporation, together with 2307400 Ontario Inc. and 2209326 Ontario Inc., was placed in court-appointed receivership by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on February 20, 2020, under s. 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and provincial Judicature Act authority, in Court File No. CV-20-00635946-00CL. The receivership application was brought by PACE Savings & Credit Union Limited, which holds a mortgage on real property owned by Noble House Development Corporation and 2209326 Ontario Ltd. — the property that became subject to the receivership order. Ray C. Jarvis, a director and shareholder of the corporate debtors, is a personal guarantor of that mortgage. The proceeding is closed.
