National Structures 2011 Inc. has been under court-appointed receivership since December 16, 2021, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed MNP Ltd. as receiver on the application of Royal Bank of Canada under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. RBC applied on the strength of a general security agreement dated September 16, 2015, securing $475,000.
