Muskokaniss Inc. d/b/a Muskoka Nissan et al. was placed in receivership on January 28, 2025 by order of Justice Penny of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), with B. Nissan Canada Finance Inc. was named as holding or potentially holding security, owed $3,729,946.21 inclusive of principal, interest and pre-receivership professional fees as at January 28, 2025. The Receiver's stated plan was a public sale process. The file is recorded as closed.
