Metro Infrastructure Inc., et al.

Metro Infrastructure Inc. and Nusi Holdings Inc. have been under the court-appointed receivership of KPMG Inc. since June 19, 2026, on the application of Royal Bank of Canada under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. The proceeding is before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under file no. CV-26-00001134-0000, with KPMG acting as receiver and manager. RBC's general security agreements over all present and after-acquired personal property, together with security registered against certain real property, secure $14,003,870 owed by the two debtors. Other PPSA registrants against Metro Infrastructure include Kubota Canada Ltd at $3,659,745, Sprucewood Leasing Limited at $152,361 and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Canada Corporation at $93,240, with amounts owing to HSBC Bank Canada's leasing division, Bank of Montreal, Coast Capital Equipment Leasing, Ford Credit Canada, Riordan Leasing and TFG Financial unknown to the Receiver.
