Metro Infrastructure Inc., et al.

Metro Infrastructure Inc. and Nusi Holdings Inc. have been in court-appointed receivership since August 6, 2026, with KPMG Inc. acting as receiver and manager on the application of Royal Bank of Canada under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. The proceeding is before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, court file CV-26-00001134-0000. RBC holds general security agreements over all present and after-acquired personal property, together with security registered against certain real property, for $14,003,870 owed by the two debtors. Kubota Canada Ltd, at $3,659,745, and Sprucewood Leasing Limited, at $152,361, also hold PPSA registrations against Metro Infrastructure. The receiver's list of Metro Infrastructure's known creditors includes a potential priority claim of $114,033 by the Receiver General of Canada, and unsecured claims led by Northcrete Concrete Supply Limited at $159,736.
