Mara Tech Aviation remains under court-appointed receivership in Ontario, with BDO Canada Limited acting as receiver and manager since 4 August 2016. Royal Bank of Canada obtained the appointment from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, in court file 56184/15. As of 15 August 2016, the receiver recorded RBC as secured for CAD 177,280.94 against the accounts receivable, equipment and machinery of Mara Tech Aviation Fuels (Sudbury) Ltd., with amounts owing to the Canada Revenue Agency and to wage claimants under section 81.4 listed as unknown. Schedule A to the receiver's notice and statement lists Hydro One Networks Inc. at CAD 562.90, Bell at CAD 215.85 and Northern Metering Services at CAD 135.60.
