LAH Holdings Ltd. has been in bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act since February 1, 2024, with MNP Ltd. acting as Licensed Insolvency Trustee and the matter before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The Statement of Affairs reports unsecured claims of CAD 2,156,322. No proofs of claim had been filed with the Trustee as of the date of its report, and no wage earners qualified under the WEPP.
